Player Participation Agreement Summary – US Pro cricket  League 2025

This document is a legal agreement between you ("Player") and the US Junior League (USPCL). By registering for the US Pro Cricket League 2025, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, you cannot register or participate.

Key Terms:

1. Selection and Participation: You may be selected by a team to participate in the tournament. You agree to follow USPCL rules, display good sportsmanship, and perform at your best. You must comply with USPCL regulations, including the Player Code of Conduct, Playing Conditions, and Team rules.

2. Promotion and Public Appearances: You may be required to participate in promotional activities and public appearances to support the tournament, teams, and USPCL's commercial partners.

3. Image Rights: By agreeing to this document, you allow USPCL to record and use your image, name, and performance in promotional content, media, and other materials. USPCL and its affiliates can use these materials worldwide, with no time limit, but without implying a personal endorsement of any product or service by you.

4. Use of Personal Attributes: You allow USPCL to use your name, voice, likeness, and cricket-related performances in connection with the tournament. You agree not to use USPCL logos or associate your image with commercial purposes related to the tournament without USPCL’s permission.

5. Compliance and Disciplinary Action: You agree to follow all instructions from USPCL, the Tournament Committee, and match officials. You are subject to the USA Cricket (USAC) Anti-Doping and Anti-Corruption codes. Non-compliance with these terms could result in suspension or termination of your participation in the tournament.

6. Commitment to Your Team: You must be available for all games and activities with your team throughout the tournament period unless injured. You cannot play for other teams or engage in activities that could affect your ability to play for your team without USPCL's consent.

7. National Team Participation: If selected to play for the USAC national team or any other national representative team during the tournament, USPCL will not unreasonably withhold consent.

8. Compensation: While you may receive compensation from your team for participation, USPCL is not responsible for providing any monetary benefits unless explicitly agreed upon.

9. Injury and Liability: USPCL and your team are not liable for any injury or illness (including death) sustained during the tournament. You agree that you will not hold USPCL responsible for any such incidents.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any legal disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by Texas law. USPCL reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including injunctions, in the event of breach.
